The hire charge is for the entire venue. Please note the chapel can be hired separately during off peak months and mid week days, POA.

Dining room
Courtyard garden and lawns
160 wooden chairs and 16 trestle tables (240cm long x 76cm wide)
Full-scale commercial kitchen and separate bar
Grand house lighting and toilet facilities
Heating and cooling system
Car parking
Full premise cleaning

Hours

The entire venue runs on a 22-hour hire, starting from midday on the function date through to 10.00am the following morning. Due to resource consent conditions, the venue must be totally vacated no later than midnight on the event date.

People Capacity

Due to Wellington City Council and resource consent restrictions, the number of people attending any one event is limited to 150 guests in total.
